The Position
As a Ramp Up Project Manager in Operational Readiness you will be responsible for overseeing and driving a standardised way of ramping up new packaging and assembly lines. This will involve extensive project management and stakeholder engagement to secure world class ramp up of our new production lines. In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

Ensuring the right internal prioritization of resources when ramping up production lines globally

Building the global standards for ramping up equipment

Supporting failure mode analysis on the process

Collaborating with Global stakeholders, constantly improving our ways of working

Coordinating efforts between a multitude of projects ongoing at the same time
