As a Centre of Excellence Senior Project Manager, you will be driving the development and deployment of the future project execution strategy across our site. Some of your tasks will include:
Contributing to the establishment and development of the Center of Excellence within our department
Guaranteeing effective communication to our stakeholders at the site regarding the strategic direction of our department and ensuring their support
Ensuring that initiated projects align with the overall strategic direction set by the business
Continuously optimizing our project managers' use of the governance framework called Project Execution Model (PEM)
Encouraging knowledge sharing throughout the project organization and promote best practices that influence organizational development, while playing a pivotal role in developing our project managers as project leaders and in using the project manager tools appropriately
